We collect information to provide better services to our users, including:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and employee/user ID for account authentication.

  • Payroll Data: Information required for billing and payroll processing (for administrative users).

  • Location Data (Mobile App Only): Our mobile application collects precise location data from your device.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with:

  • Regulatory bodies (for EVV compliance reporting).

  • Integrated payroll/billing processors (to facilitate payments).

2. How We Use Location Data

To comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regulations, our mobile app captures the user's GPS coordinates only at the following times:

  • When a user "Clocks In" to a shift.

  • When a user "Clocks Out" of a shift.
    Note: We do not track your location in the background or continuously throughout the day. Location data is used strictly to verify that services were provided at the required location for billing and compliance purposes.

5. Account Deletion

Accounts for the Mobile App EVV are provisioned by employer administrators. If you are an end-user and wish to have your account or data deleted, please contact your company’s administrator. We will work with the registered employer to process these requests in accordance with our data retention agreements.

Notice to End-Users:
This app is a workplace tool. Your use of this application is subject to your employer's policies. Please note that location data is captured only for shift verification (Clock-in/Clock-out) and is reported directly to your employer's administrative portal.
